RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.No Cancellations
▪Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, all sales are final.
2.Order Confirmation
▪Please review your order carefully before submitting. By placing your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is not an option.
▪Damaged or Missing Items
we ensure all our products are thoroughly inspected for quality before being dispatched. If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or  , stone-related issue during transit, such as a missing stone, please provide us with an  unboxing video. 
▪If we send the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size/metal), we cover return shipping.
▪If the customer orders the wrong ring size/metal, the item is non-returnable & non-exchangeable
▪Sale items are Only eligible for exchange if they are defective or incorrect.
▪Items purchased with gift cards or discount codes are final and not eligible for exchange.

▪International Returns
Currently, we do not accept returns from international locations as we only ship within India.
